Yep, this is just a quick note to emphasise just how useful Dropbox can be. It doesn’t just back up all your data on-line but also keeps snapshots of previous versions of files and also deleted files.
This last feature just saved me quite some time – after finishing my OU assignment I was ready to submit it. And then I managed to delete my main solution file by mistake! Fortunately, before trying to figure out how to undelete a file on ext4 partition (which did NOT work last time I tried) I realized I have all my documents in Dropbox – then it was a matter of two clicks: 1) Show Deleted Files, 2) Restore :)
